Stuffed Lobster

One 3 lb lobster
one tbs worstershire sauce
1/2 lb bread crumbs
pinch cayenne pepper
one egg
one onion
2oz lump crab meat
pinch chopped parsley
1/2 cup water
one tsp black pepper
1oz jack cheese
one tbs Old Bay seasoning
1/2 oz pimentos chopped

Stuffing: Add breadcrumbs, egg, crabmeat, pimentos, worstershire, cayenne, chopped onion, parsley, black pepper, and Old Bay in a large mixing bowl.

Add water and mix until mix becomes smooth.
Lobster: Cut lobster in half and remove membrane behind the head to the tail.

Stuff both sides of the lobster, top stuffing with jack cheese, cover lobster tail with foil and bake until stuffing is brown.

Take care not to over cook, 15 to 20 min. or until tail is white and should be just tender. Top with melted butter just before serving.
