Conch Loaf

4 conch steaks ground or finely chopped
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp bell pepper sauce
2 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch dill weed
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup ketchup
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together, put in to a meat loaf pan, patting down firmly, and bake 1 hour at 350° F until done. Serve with boiled breadfruit or potatoes or anything… macaroni and cheese would be great too!
