Black Bean Salsa Recipe
2 15 oz cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 TBS chopped pickled jalapenos
4 cloves minced garlic
3 TBS olive oil
1 10 oz package frozen corn
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
3 TBS chopped cilantro
3 TBS fresh lime juice
1 TBS chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1. combine all ingredients in large bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
