Slam Dunk Crab Dip
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 (8 oz) package imitation flaked crabmeat or 1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Assorted crackers
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in the crab, onions, red pepper, curry powder and garlic salt. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers. Yield: 3 cups.
