1/4 C. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
2 pineapples chunked
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 C. diced cheese
1 C. miniature marshmallows

Mix sugar, egg, flour, and lemon juice; cook
over medium heat until thickened, cool slightly. Pour over pineapple
and cheese. Add marshmallows. Chill. Serves 6-8
