Cilantro Tartar Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise or veganise
2 tablespoons capers, drained
3 tablespoons black olives, pitted, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 lemon, juice of
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Comments: In place of cilantro, use basil, tarragon,
chives, thyme, oregano, or even Italian or regular parsley.
