BBQ Slaw
1 head cabbage
1 medium onion, minced
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Heinz 57 sauce
1 dash Texas Pete hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
Slice cabbage and onion, add to a large salad bowl. Mix remaining
ingredients in another bowl and pour over the cabbage and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
