Crab Sauce With Spaghetti
1 lb. fresh crab
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
3 cup cooked spaghetti
Cut crabmeat into 1/2 inch pieces. Cook onion, celery, garlic, and
parsley in margarine until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and
seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add crabmeat;
heat. Serve over spaghetti. Yield: 6 servings.
