Cajun Pan Fried Swordfish

4 swordfish steaks, about 6 oz. each
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 lemons or limes, cut in wedges

Brush oil on fish. Sprinkle cajun seasoning on both sides of fish.
Place a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. When skillet is
very hot, add fish and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish is
opaque. Serve with lemon or lime wedges. Serves 4.
