Garlic Cole Slaw

2 heads cabbage (shredded)
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (don’t substitute!)
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
1/4 cup fresh garlic (minced)
2 1/2 Tablespoons kosher salt

Add all ingredients (except cabbage) to blender or food processor and blend
until thoroughly combined. Place cabbage into an airtight container and add
dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight periodically tossing to keep coated.
