Sour Cream Cabbage Slaw
Dressing:
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or more to taste
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Cabbage:
2 pounds green cabbage, cored and shredded or chopped
In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth.
Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend. Place the
cabbage in a large mixing bowl, add the dressing and stir until the cabbage
is coated. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
