Swordfish on the Grill

4 swordfish steaks one inch thick
4 cloves slivered garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lime juiced
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 green onion thinly sliced

Lightly score the swordfish, rub it with garlic, leaving
garlic on the fish. Marinate the fish in the remaining
ingredients for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature. Grill
over medium coals for 5 minutes a side until medium
rare, grill longer for well done. Serve with Fruit Salsa.
