Chili Relish

6 lbs. tomatoes
6 large onions
4 green peppers
2 hot peppers
2 C. sugar
2 C. vinegar
2 Tbs. salt
2 Tbs. whole allspice in a bag.
Directions

Scald and peel tomatoes. Place in a colander to drain. Cut onions and peppers in small pieces. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring constantly. Place in sterile jars and seal.
