Grilled Swordfish with Mint Cucumber Salsa

3/4 c Diced peeled seeded
.. cucumber
6 tb Chopped red onion
3 tb Chopped fresh mint
1 tb White wine vinegar
2 1/2 ts Olive oil
1 1/2 ts Sugar
2 (6-7oz) 1″ thick swordfish
.. steaks

Combine salsa ingredients, using 1 1/2 teaspoons
oil.

Brush fish with remaining oil and season with salt
and pepper. Grill or broil as desired about 4
minutes per side until just opaque. Serve topped
with salsa.
