Shrimp Dippers
14 fresh snow pea pods, trimmed
28 large cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
Arrange snow peas in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and
steam 1 minute or until crisp-tender. Remove snow peas and chill. Separate
snow peas lenghtwise into 2 pieces. Wrap a snow pea half around each
shrimp, and secure with a plastic pick.
