1/2 Tablespoon course ground black pepper
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon of chipolte hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon of asian fish sauce/anchovy extract
