Virgin Coconut Oil Coleslaw

1 c. Virgin Coconut oil
2 tbsp. Stevia
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
3/4 c. garlic red wine vinegar
Mix dry ingredients
Add vinegar
Slowly blend in VCO

Pour over shredded cabbage and enjoy.
