Honey Mustard Scallops
Ingredients:
2 pounds sea scallops
1 pound very lean bacon
1 box sesame seeds
1 jar honey mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Rinse scallops under cold water, then cut in half the scallops that are very large. Season scallops on each side with some salt and pepper. Roll the scallops in sesame seeds.
2. Cut bacon strips in half. Roll sesame coated scallop in 1/2 slice of bacon. Place on cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 375 degrees until bacon is crisp. Use honey mustard as a side dip.
