Mackerel With Spinach And Lemon Recipe

* 1 mackerel, large size
* 1½ pounds spinach, washed, stemmed
* 1 lemon, sliced
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 1 cup water
* Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Place mackerel in a baking pan.
2. Arrange the spinach around the mackerel.
3. Put slices of lemon on top of mackerel.
4. Add the water and butter.
5. Season.
6. Bake slowly in moderate oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
7. Then serve.
