Baked Oysters
2 dozen oysters-cleaned, and scrubbed
3 tbls.olive oil
3 tbls. butter
2 tbls. of parsley-chopped
2 garlic cloves-minced
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 lemon
salt, and pepper
cool oysters in ice/open oysters, and loosen from shell, but do not
remove/discard top shell, and arrange in baking dish/cover each oyster with a pat of
butter, and some garlic/mix bread crumbs,olive oil, and parsley/sprinkle
mixture over each oyster, and bake at 375 for about 10 minutes/serve with lemon
wedges
